Click & Collect

Please note that during the Pandemic there have been differing hours for Click & Collect (C&C). We always follow the guidelines of the Victorian Government Pandemic advice.

• It costs $0.
• Pickups are only available at The Mill Markets, Geelong venue. We do not currently allow pickups in any other locations. We do not offer hand-delivery.
• Pickup times currently available: 7 Days a Week, between 10am-3pm only.
• Please allow up to 24 hours after the C&C order has been paid for, until it's available for pickup. This is due to our warehouse and store stock being separate.
• Please note: if your order contains any Pre-Order items it may be several days or weeks before it is fulfilled. 

Steps:

1. Add the items you’d like to your cart.
2. During checkout, instead of Shipping, select Pickup.
3. You will receive an email receipt with details of pickup.
4. You will receive another email once the order is ready to be picked up!
5. Bring your email with you for order collection and verification.
6. You can pick up your order!
