We're here with a new Pre-Order Blog Post that will be updated regularly. We're hoping this blog will be more informative, and clearer as to which release is which. As always, we thank you all for your continued loyalty, patience, and support.
February 2023 Pre-Orders
Mount Squishmore Squad Squishville 4 Packs did not arrive. Customers were emailed in February regarding this, the information, and were offered a chance to swap with one of the 4 Packs that did arrive. Almost all customers have also been contacted individually during April/May.
*Please ensure you have allowed/subscribed to our emails, so we may contact you in regards to orders.
As it stands we still have not received these, and because they are all under the same barcode, the supplier has stated it will not be possible to tell us what is to arrive in each 4 Packs order.
If you wish to swap your Mount Squishmore Squad order to any of the following packs that did arrive, please message or email our Team via the Contact Us page. (Udderly Sweet, Mercaticorn, Best Buds, Funky Fruits squads are all available for replacement, until stocks last only).

March 2023 Pre-Orders
7inch Squishmallows Assortment A ~ (Including Banana, Bat, Red Panda, etc. as below) First part of this order has been shipped out to us, and the first customers have had their order shipped. We do not have further information as to when the next lot is set to arrive, but we are expecting these by the end of May 2023.
7inch Squishmallows Assortment B ~ (Including Ginseng, Pancakes, Pig, Red Fox, Purple Hippo, Squid) First part of this order has been shipped out to us, and the first customers have had their order shipped. The next shipment of this Assortment has arrived, and has started shipping out.
Clip On Squishmallows ~ First part of this order has been shipped out to us, and the first customers have had their order shipped. The supplier shipped out only a small amount of the allocation, and all retailers are still awaiting the full order. We have been informed that these will be arriving not in the next shipment, but the one after. We would expect the rest of these to start shipping out in early June, but this may be any date during June.
Please note, we are still fully expecting to receive all of the above items. We also may have more available for purchase once these arrive.

Gozilla 8inch Squad: *All possible orders have been, or are being, shipped.
NEW 12inch Squad: Currently estimated to ship late May. This could move toward early June if there are delays. *All possible orders have been, or are being, shipped.
7inch Squad: Currently estimated to ship late May. This could move toward early June if there are delays. *We are currently expecting these to arrive next week, according to supplier updates.
10inch Hugmees Squad: Currently estimated to ship late May. This could move toward early June if there are delays. *We are currently expecting these to arrive next week, according to supplier updates.
12inch Heart Squad Squishmallows: currently estimated to start shipping out mid-June! Latest update from the supplier suggests next week.

Important:
- Sometimes there are unforeseen delays coming from the supplier.
- If your order contains multiple types of Pre-Orders, your order may be held for shipment until all items are ready to ship out. Separate Squads often can arrive in our warehouse on different days/weeks/months.
- It also may not be possible to cancel, alter, or edit any part of any orders depending on when they arrive at our warehouse. Please see our Shipping and Cancellation policies for more information.
- We ask that our customers please keep in mind the Terms of Service when speaking with, and contacting, our Team Members.
