Terms of service

We only ask that our customers please act in a kind manner befitting the usual contract of service between parties. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Laws, Brickheads Collectables reserve the right to refuse service both in-store or online, on our social media or on our website, to anyone exhibiting abusive, rude, confrontational, harmful, swearing/name-calling or otherwise negative behaviour; or who are trying to extort goods or services from us not requested, nor paid for. 

We ask that you please treat our staff with kindness, especially during this Pandemic. The Brickheads Collectables Team are currently working overtime to fill orders in a safe and appropriate way.

Brickheads Collectables reserve the right to refuse services, cancel orders, block users and delete comments from our Social Media pages, ban customer accounts on our website, and/or anything Brickheads Collectables deems as fit for any given situation.
