~ Extended International Delays ~

Please note we are currently experiencing Extended International Shipping Delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. These have been characterised by Aus Post as "significant delays" but are getting better as each day goes by.

International packages are currently taking between 3-7 weeks to arrive due to, now, an enormous backlog of late packages from December - many waiting to catch their flights.

Please note that it is very normal at the moment for packages to sit in one location for anywhere up to 3 weeks, as they wait in Customs for an international flight. There were less planes leaving Australia but with the easing of many restrictions here we hope to see an improvement. 

 

The updated arrival times are as follows:
New Zealand - 1-4 weeks after lodgement date
United States & Canada - 2-6 weeks after lodgement date
United Kingdom - 2-7 weeks after lodgement date
Europe - 2-5 weeks after lodgement date (varies)
