Any breaking of these Terms and Conditions of sale will result in a cancellation of all excess orders/items with the standard Cancellation & Restocking Fee charged (10% order total). If these terms are broken on numerous counts customers may have all orders cancelled with the above Fee, and/or their customer account terminated and/or blocked. Each case is taken into account individually.

• Cancellations of this item, at any point, will incur the standard Cancellation & Restocking Fee (10%).

• Abusive or coercive behaviour will be ignored. This includes contacting our Team and asking for items or services we do not have or offer.

Combining Pre-Order Shipments:

If you have more than one open Pre-Order, Our Team will automatically consolidate and ship all available items together. This is because we do not have the storage space to hold every part of every order. This is done automatically as part of our Shipping Policy. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order if you do not wish orders to be consolidated. 
This also applies for orders that have a mix of In Stock / Pre-Order items included.
